Cairo & Alexandria: 2–4 business days
Other Governorates: 3–6 business days
Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

Free Shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message including your tracking number so you can follow your delivery status.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you:
The courier will attempt delivery again.
If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
