At My Fly, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
• Refunds are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect items received.
• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Non-Refundable Items
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable for size-related issues, as measurements are clearly provided before purchase.
And in this case it will be our pleasure to exchange the items with the suitable size and the customer will pay the shipping charge again
Refund Process
• To request a refund, please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through Instapay or any mobile wallet
Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
